Little did we know it would start a special friendship for us, our son and Cyndi. She arranged a few homes for our son to view since we live in AZ and wanted it to be our son’s decision. I wouldn't use anyone else. They give the white glove treatment to everything they do, from the beginning and well after closing. They always respond immediately to my communications with them, day or night. They engage with the lender, insurance agents, other real estate agents, so I have to do very little. They always have my back during inspections and closings. They are 2 of the nicest people you will ever meet!

I have to say I was not disappointed. Right from the first meeting Cyndi and Alycia were personable, friendly, and down to earth. They made me feel comfortable and answered any and all questions. We agreed on a price point and they gave me some homework to do to prep for showing. I followed there advice to prepare and everything went as planned. The online presentation was awesome and we had the entire first weekend booked for showings on the day we went live. The house was sold on the first day, for asking, cash. What else can I say, except for now I am in the process of closing my fathers estate and I will be using Alycia and Cyndi to sell that as well.

She worked so patiently with me and we even closed early! I just love my new home! Thank you so much for your hard work, you were awesome!
